Privacy contact: Payfrico@gmail.com
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information you give us
- Account details — name, email address and phone number when you register
- Transaction details — recipient phone numbers, meter numbers, account numbers and similar information needed to deliver the services you buy
- Payment details — the Mobile Money number used to fund your wallet
- Agent information — storefront name, pricing settings and payout Mobile Money details, if you register as an agent
- Support messages — anything you send us when requesting help
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Order history and wallet activity
- Device and browser information, IP address, and approximate location derived from it
- Log data about how you use the Service, used for security and troubleshooting
We do not collect or store your Mobile Money PIN, card numbers or banking passwords. Payment authorisation happens with the payment provider, never on our systems.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account
- To process wallet funding and deliver the services you order
- To send transaction confirmations and service notifications by SMS or email
- To provide customer support and resolve disputes
- To detect, investigate and prevent fraud and abuse
- To operate the referral and agent programmes
- To improve the reliability and usability of the Service
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations
3. Who We Share Information With
We share only what is necessary, and only with:
- Payment processors — to authorise and confirm your wallet funding
- Service suppliers — the aggregators and networks that deliver data, airtime, utility payments and other products. They receive the recipient details needed to fulfil your order.
- Infrastructure providers — Google Firebase, which hosts our application, database and authentication
- Messaging providers — to send you SMS notifications
- Authorities — where we are legally required to disclose information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
4. Data Retention
We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is active, and afterwards for as long as needed to meet legal, accounting, tax and dispute-resolution obligations. Support conversations are kept for a reasonable period to help us resolve recurring issues.
5. Security
We protect your data with encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls on our systems, and authentication managed by Google Firebase. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we work to protect your information and will notify you of any breach that materially affects you, as required by law.
6. Your Rights
Subject to Ghana's Data Protection Act, you may:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate
- Ask us to delete your account and associated data, subject to records we must keep by law
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
To exercise any of these, contact Payfrico@gmail.com. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request.
7. Cookies and Local Storage
We use browser storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as your light or dark theme. These are necessary for the Service to work. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
8. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its "last updated" date. Significant changes will be communicated through the Service.
10. Contact
